# Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sahel Pro. By using sahel25.com or the Sahel Pro app, or by placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

## 1. Who we are

Sahel Pro is a grocery and daily essentials delivery service operating in Amman, Jordan.

## 2. Your account

- You must be 18 or older to create an account and place orders.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, particularly your delivery address and phone number. Orders we cannot deliver because of incorrect details are subject to our cancellation policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- We may suspend or close any account where we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

## 3. Products and prices

- All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We work to display accurate prices and product information, but errors can happen. If an item in your order is found to be priced incorrectly, we will contact you before fulfilling it, and you may choose to proceed or cancel at no charge.
- Product images are for illustration. Packaging and appearance may differ from the image shown.
- Availability depends on stock. If an item sells out after your order is confirmed, section 5 applies.

## 4. Orders and payment

- An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us.
- **Accepted payment methods:**cash on delivery / cards / e-wallet / CliQ
- **Minimum order value: Depends on Customer delivery location
- **Delivery fees: Average 2.5 JOD for express delivery Depends on Customer delivery location, 1.750 JOD Average for scheduled delivery. Fees are shown before you complete your order.
- Some products are sold by weight. For these, the final price reflects the actual weight at packing and may differ slightly from the estimate shown.

## 5. Out-of-stock items and substitutions

If an item in your order sells out after confirmation, we will either:

- contact you to offer a suitable substitute, or
- remove the item and refund it under our returns policy.

We will not substitute any item without your approval, unless you selected "accept substitutions" when ordering.

## 6. Delivery

- We deliver to the areas listed on our page.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given. If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of the driver arriving, the order may be returned and our cancellation policy applied.

## 7. Sahel Pro subscription

- The subscription costs 15.000 JOD for three months and includes free delivery and member-only offers.
- We may change subscription benefits or pricing in future. Any change applies at renewal, never during an active subscription period.

## 8. Promotions and discount codes

- Each promotion has its own stated terms and validity period.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- We may withdraw a promotion or cancel an order where we suspect misuse of discount codes.

## 9. Limits of liability

- We are responsible for the quality of the products we deliver and for fulfilling your order as agreed.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, for misuse of a product after delivery, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law or other applicable legislation.

## 10. Intellectual property

All content on the website and app — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Sahel Pro or is licensed to us, and may not be used without written permission.

## 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and the published version applies to orders placed after it goes live.

## 12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
