About Us — Online Grocery Delivery in Amman
Sahel Pro — Your Online Grocery Store in Amman
Sahel Pro is a Jordanian online grocery service based in Amman. The idea is simple: instead of driving to the supermarket and queuing at the till, you order everything your home needs from the app or the website, and we bring it to your door.
We operate from our warehouse in Amman — 195 Al Madina Al Munawara Street, where every order is picked, packed and dispatched across Amman and the surrounding areas within our delivery range.

New customer offer: free delivery on your first 3 orders when the order is 20 JOD or more.
Once your order is confirmed you can track it live, step by step, from picking all the way to the driver reaching your door.
How do you order?
Four steps:
- Open the app or the website and set your address on the map so we can confirm you are inside our delivery range.
- Browse the departments or search for products in Arabic or English and add them to your cart. You can also open the Recipes section and add every ingredient of a recipe to your cart in a single tap.
- Go to your cart, choose your delivery method and time, and verify your phone number with the code we send you (OTP).
- Choose how to pay and confirm the order.
Payment options:
- Cash on delivery — pay the driver when your order arrives.
- CliQ — transfer the amount to the alias Sahel25 right after confirming your order.
After your first order it gets even faster: reorder a previous order in one tap, and save your favourite products and your addresses so you never re-enter them.
What is "Abu Sahel"? — the AI assistant (coming soon)
We are currently rolling out Abu Sahel, the AI shopping assistant inside the Sahel Pro app — like a shop assistant who knows every shelf in the store and is ready to help you at any hour. Here is what it will do for you:
- Speaks Arabic and English, and understands everyday dialects — ask for "بدي بندورة" or "do you have chicken?" and it knows what you mean.
- Searches for the product for you and shows what is genuinely in stock, at the real price.
- Adds products to your cart straight from the conversation.
- Helps you cook — tell it what you are planning to make and it suggests the ingredients we carry.
- Answers your questions about your orders and their delivery status.
Abu Sahel will be powered by Google Gemini and grounded strictly in our real product catalogue — it will not invent a product or a price that does not exist. To protect your privacy, we never send your name, phone number or location to any external AI service. Look out for it in the app soon.
